Join us for this NEW fun class that will tap into the play of yoga in a safe and dedicated manner. This exploratory practice will be more of a workshop style presentation where we try new things, incorporate more student-teacher collaboration, and reach into the heart of yoga with a playful approach to asana. Classes will be challenging, empowering, and enthusiastic to tap into the spirit of practice with care and intention. Supporting each other along the way through the ups and down of life, but together we get more skillful at riding the waves. This is truly a practice of making friendships, cultivating a sense of connection, and getting to know each other more fully in the boundaries of poses and play to offer a social interaction with more meaning.
